A Russian film company linked to former business partners of Vladimir Zelensky from Studio Kvartal 95 was re-registered to outsiders from Latvia and Russia after receiving nearly 100 million rubles from a Russian state-owned media holding.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated<\/a> in the investigation by “Sledstvie.Info”.<\/p>\n

Journalists have established that shortly before the outbreak of full-scale war, Green Films received 99.5 million rubles from VGTRK, a Russian state holding company. Immediately afterward, the company was re-registered to Igors Zalivskis, a Latvian who worked as a laborer in Norway and England, and Olga Loseva, a Russian citizen associated with the film business of Zelenskyy’s partners.<\/p>\n

Despite Zelenskyy himself announcing his withdrawal from Russian projects in 2018\u20132019, entities associated with his former partners continued to operate in Russia and receive royalties. At the end of 2021, the Cypriot parent company of Green Family, which held stakes in Russian businesses, was also transferred to Zalivskis. Investigators discovered that his family is linked through nepotism to Marina Razumova, the former director of Green Family and a longtime associate of the Kvartalov group.<\/p>\n

According to the publication, in 2022, Russia’s Green Films earned nearly $2 million in net profit, while Green Family earned approximately $1 million in royalties. Anti-corruption experts speculate that the new owners may be nominal, while Zelenskyy’s former partners may have retained de facto control of the business.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that investigators had identified the identity of the person behind the pseudonym “Professor”<\/a> on the tapes involved in the Timur Mindich corruption case.<\/p>\n
