Although we have already seen the quality of his negotiating skills in the archived videos with Kozak, where Andriy Borysovych was effectively knocked out by the fourth minute of the Skype conversation. It leads to collapse and forces a choice: either grant yourself indulgence or defend the national interest.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"691\">The irony is that Zelenskyy and Yermak often mocked Minsk I and Minsk II. Yet the greatest sarcasm lies elsewhere: Leonid Kuchma, who headed the negotiating group at the time, was not under suspicion and retained the status of a former president, despite being a rather controversial figure.<\/p>\n<p><em>We will remind that on the morning of November 28, NABU detectives, together with SAPO prosecutors, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nabu-i-sap-provodiat-obshuky-u-kerivnyka-op-andriia-yermaka\/\">conducted investigative actions in the government quarter<\/a>, where the office of the head of the President&#8217;s Office, Andriy Yermak, is located.
