According to economist Oleg Pendzin, the price increase will affect key products for the holiday table.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unian.ua\/economics\/agro\/cini-na-produkti-v-ukrajini-zrostut-ekspert-rozpoviv-koli-gotuvati-gamanci-13210629.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UNIAN<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> In the second decade of December, Ukrainians may see a gradual increase in the cost of basic food products. According to Oleg Pendzin, a member of the Economic Discussion Club, the price increase will occur for the most popular goods that are traditionally purchased for the winter holidays.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;In the second decade of December, we will see, slowly, a small increase in prices. The first thing that will become more expensive is what you will put on the festive table &#8211; eggs, milk, meat. It may jump in price by about <strong>7-10%<\/strong> , and then it will drop,&#8221; Pendzin said.<\/p>\n<p> The economist also suggested that after the Christmas and New Year holidays, the cost of products may drop to their previous level. He explained that consumers&#8217; options are limited, so the market will not be able to maintain high prices for long.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The human wallet is not rubber, it is limited. So you have the answer.
