The Vinnytsia Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support provided an official explanation regarding the delivery of summonses by persons in civilian clothes. The department emphasized that such actions are permitted only by officials designated by the structures.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by<\/a> the Vinnytsia CCC and SP.<\/p>\n

The territorial center noted that the delivery of summonses is carried out exclusively by military personnel who are on duty and dressed in the established military uniform.<\/p>\n

Their uniforms must have insignia confirming their position and affiliation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The CCC added that the groups that carry out the notification of the population may include representatives of the National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the State Border Guard Service. All persons involved are required to carry official ID cards of the state-established sample, confirming their authority.<\/p>\n

Thus, the service of a summons by persons in civilian clothes does not comply with the established procedural norms<\/strong> if such persons cannot present an official ID card and do not belong to authorized structures.<\/p>\n

We would like to add that all men aged 25 to 60 who were not registered with the military and did not use the \u201cReserve+\u201d application were automatically added to the Unified Register of Conscripts \u201cOberig\u201d<\/a> . Now they may receive fines for violating registration rules.<\/p>\n

By the way, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the government’s decision to simplify military registration<\/a> . Now young men will be able to register remotely via an application, and men aged 25 to 60 who have not been registered without legal grounds will be registered automatically.<\/p>\n

Note that MP Roman Kostenko previously reported that Ukraine is mobilizing only half of what is needed to fully man combat brigades<\/a> and create reserves. This is enough to maintain the front at the current pace.<\/p>\n
