Updated rules for reserving employees of critical enterprises will come into effect in Ukraine on December 4. The document allows for the temporary reservation of individuals with violations in their military registration documents for a period of up to 45 calendar days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the law On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law, which was signed by President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in early November.<\/p>\n

The law concerns reservation conditions in institutions and enterprises that are recognized as critically important for ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, the functioning of the economy, and the vital activities of the population.<\/p>\n

The document introduces the possibility of temporary reservation of employees who have violated the requirements of the legislation in the field of military registration and mobilization. The term of such reservation is up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n

The right to temporary reservation is granted to military personnel who have improperly executed or missing military registration documents, are not on military registration, or have not specified their personal data.<\/p>\n

In addition, this rule applies to persons who are wanted for violating military registration rules and mobilization legislation.<\/p>\n

Within the given 45 days, such employees must eliminate all identified violations. Only after that can they be booked on general grounds.<\/p>\n

By the way, starting November 28 , conscripts can submit a request for deferment from service in the \u201cReserve+\u201d mobile application<\/a> if one of their parents has a disability of group I or II.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, a new feature has appeared in the Reserve+ application for military conscripts<\/a> – the ability to obtain a deferment from mobilization online for parents of children with disabilities.<\/p>\n

As is known, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law that allows defense-industrial complex enterprises to reserve men with the status of “wanted” or “not on the register.”<\/a> The document defines the procedure for booking such workers and establishes restrictions on the terms of validity of this decision.<\/p>\n
