NABU is investigating new episodes in the case against the head of the State Financial Monitoring Service, Philip Pronin. The bureau has reviewed the statement of the ZN.UA editorial office about the official’s possible violations and is verifying information about his possible involvement in mobilization evasion schemes.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This concerns data relating to the facts of appropriation by officials of the Poltava regional administration of funds allocated for the construction of fortifications. According to the applicants, these processes may also have involved the organization of a scheme for individuals to evade mobilization.<\/span><\/p>\n

NABU has included ZN.UA’s information in criminal proceedings No. 52025000000000498 dated September 3, 2025. In the reported episodes, journalists see signs of a number of crimes, in particular under Articles 191, 368, 369, and 114-1 of the Criminal Code. The Bureau is currently analyzing the materials received and establishing the role of each of the defendants.<\/span> <\/p>\n
