Petro Poroshenko is sending six new washing and shower complexes to the front. In total, as part of a joint project of the Poroshenko Foundation and volunteers from the NGO “Community Affairs”, the military has already received three hundred mobile baths.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the front, where people often only dream of a normal life, these trailers are extremely necessary. Especially now, in winter, when the rear regularly sits without electricity and hot water, says Poroshenko.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe country is recovering every morning from the daily shelling and the level of corruption in power. The country is shocked by Mindichgate, shocked by the government\u2019s insufficient response to the NABU investigation. Ukrainians have the right to ask questions that concern them and demand answers. In particular: who stole money from the Armed Forces,\u201d Poroshenko wrote on social media.<\/span><\/p>\n

In his opinion, it is not enough to simply remove those involved in corruption schemes from their positions – those responsible must be held accountable.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The authorities are burning money to buy votes in elections, while the state should be financing the army. In contrast, the Poroshenko Foundation and the NGO “Sprava Hromad” continue to take care of the soldiers – they have prepared six new washing and shower complexes for the Defense Forces,” Poroshenko notes.<\/span><\/p>\n\t

According to him, more than 220 million hryvnias have already been spent on this project. One of the baths is opening its fourth hundred complexes, which means that about 200,000 soldiers have the opportunity to use them.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis program is about a humane attitude towards military personnel. After hellish battles or service in cold trenches, having the opportunity to take a shower or wash things is what lifts the mood and motivation. Tomorrow, new complexes will go to the Special Operations Forces, engineers, and paratroopers. And we will continue to work on strengthening the army,\u201d Poroshenko writes.<\/span><\/p>\n

He emphasized that it was time for a reboot.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cReturn the constitutional powers of parliament. And finally create a government of national unity,\u201d the deputy urged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Poroshenko Foundation, together with volunteers, has been manufacturing and delivering washing and shower complexes to the front to provide comfortable conditions for soldiers who are leaving the front line for a short rest. Specially equipped trailers are equipped with showers, as well as two washing machines and two dryers. Water is heated to 40 degrees using solid fuel in 20 minutes, and there is also a generator for electrical appliances. Such a \u201ctrailer\u201d can be transported to a convenient place for soldiers.<\/span><\/p>\n
