As of the second half of November 2025, the majority of adult residents of Ukraine (52.2%) believe that Volodymyr Zelensky should limit himself to one presidential term and not participate in the next presidential elections of Ukraine (as he promised in 2019).<\/strong><\/p>\n

These are the survey data<\/a> from the Sociopolis Research Company.<\/p>\n

At the same time, 42.8% of respondents believe that Volodymyr Zelenskyy should run in the next presidential elections in Ukraine. 5.0% of respondents could not decide on an answer to this question.<\/p>\n

Compared to September 2025, the share of supporters of only one presidential term for Volodymyr Zelenskyy increased from 46.6% to 52.2%, while the share of those supporting his running for a second term decreased from 47.4% to 42.8%.<\/p>\n

60% of respondents believe that President Zelenskyy is personally responsible for the corrupt actions of the co-founder of the Kvartal 95 studio, Timur Mindich, as well as other persons involved in the relevant anti-corruption investigation. At the same time, 34.0% of respondents believe that Volodymyr Zelenskyy cannot be personally responsible for the corrupt actions of Timur Mindich and other persons associated with him. 6.0% of respondents could not decide on an answer to the specified question.<\/p>\n

Sociologists also record negative dynamics of trust in Zelensky. As of the second half of November 2025, the share of respondents who fully or rather trust Volodymyr Zelensky is 54.0% (including 30.3% of respondents who fully trust him, and rather trust – 23.7% of respondents). 41.9% of respondents do not trust Volodymyr Zelensky, including 26.0% who do not trust him at all, and rather distrust – 15.9% of respondents.<\/p>\n

Compared to the results of the survey conducted in September 2025, the level of trust in the President of Ukraine has decreased – the share of those who trust Volodymyr Zelenskyy decreased from 59.7% to 54.0%, while the share of respondents who do not trust him increased from 35.8% to 41.9%.<\/p>\n

The survey was conducted by the Sociopolis Research Company at the request of the Public Organization Center for Strategic Communications “Forum” from November 18 to 24, 2025.<\/p>\n

1007 respondents were interviewed using the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews) method based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers (with random generation of phone numbers). The theoretical statistical error does not exceed 3.1%.<\/p>\n
