The company said it will no longer operate flights related to the aggressor country.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/owner-oil-tanker-damaged-near-senegal-says-it-is-ceasing-all-russian-operations-2025-12-02\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported<\/a> by Reuters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Besiktas Shipping explained that it had always complied with international sanctions and G7 and EU price restrictions, but the situation in the region had deteriorated sharply. After a risk assessment, the company decided that the danger to its vessels and crew members had become unacceptable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Besiktas Shipping is one of the largest tanker owners in Turkey, with a fleet of 29 vessels. Meanwhile, Turkey&#8217;s General Directorate of Maritime Affairs said the Russian tanker Midvolga 2 was also attacked about 80 miles off the country&#8217;s coast.
