During Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to Ireland, four unidentified military-type drones followed the route of the presidential plane.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the publication, Zelenskyy’s plane landed in Dublin ahead of schedule, but the drones flew exactly where it was supposed to fly. They then circled over an Irish Navy ship that the government had secretly sent to the Irish Sea to boost security.<\/p>\n

Ireland did not shoot down the drones because there were no means of neutralization on board. Sources of the publication reported that the drones took off from northeast Dublin and remained in the air for about two hours.<\/p>\n

Irish police are investigating the incident and do not yet know who launched the drones. Law enforcement officials suggest that the purpose may have been to disrupt the arrival of Zelensky’s plane, as the drones flew with their lights on.<\/p>\n

Irish Prime Minister Michael Martin and law enforcement officials have been briefed on the incident, and Irish intelligence services are classifying it as a possible hybrid attack, the journalists said.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, on November 5, Vilnius Airport suspended operations due to the appearance of an unknown drone.<\/a><\/p>\n
