On the night of December 4, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck one of the largest chemical enterprises in Russia – the Nevinnomyssk Azot plant in the Stavropol Territory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The enterprise produces over a million tons of ammonia and up to 1.4 million tons of ammonium nitrate annually, making it a key supplier of basic components for explosives and ammunition, as well as an important chemical hub for the Russian military-industrial complex.<\/p>\n

Ukrainian military personnel struck one of the production facilities, after which a fire broke out on site.<\/p>\n

The General Staff also confirmed the defeat of a concentration of Russian manpower at a training ground near Dokuchayevsk. According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the losses of the invaders amount to about 60 killed and wounded.<\/p>\n

The defense forces say they are continuing to destroy Russia’s military-economic potential to reduce its ability to launch missile and bomb strikes and wage an aggressive war against Ukraine.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the GUR special unit of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Primary” destroyed a Russian MiG-29 fighter jet at the Kacha military airfield in occupied Crimea.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

As a reminder, drones attacked a chemical plant in Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Territory, Russia.<\/a><\/p>\n
