You have 5.5 billion for content production, but you have no money to increase the financial support of military personnel,&#8221; Rozenko expressed indignation.<\/p>\n<p> He clarified that 1.5 billion hryvnias are earmarked for financing a national telethon, which involves &#8220;oligarchic channels&#8221; and, according to him, a channel belonging to the &#8220;pro-Russian OPZH.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> In addition, the studio guest drew attention to a new item of expenditure of 4 billion hryvnias for &#8220;strategic communications.&#8221; Rozenko expressed his belief that these funds will go to the production of series and content for the same media groups associated, in particular, with the &#8220;Mindich-Yermak clan,&#8221; which is a continuation of corrupt practices.<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" data-right>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/ukrainians-will-pay-for-zelenskys-free-kilometers\/\">Ukrainians will pay for Zelensky&#8217;s &#8220;free&#8221; kilometers<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p> Rozenko emphasized that despite the investigations by the NABU and SAPO, which exposed large-scale corruption schemes, nothing has changed in the budget.<\/p>\n<p> We remind you that on December 3, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/deputaty-ukhvalyly-derzhbiudzhet-na-2026-rik\/\">supported<\/a> the draft State Budget for 2026 as a whole. In total, 257 people&#8217;s deputies voted &#8220;for&#8221;. &#8220;European Solidarity&#8221; and &#8220;Batkivshchyna&#8221; did not cast a single vote.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, European Solidarity called on the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yevrosolidarnist-zaklykaie-prezydenta-pochuty-armiiu-i-zavetuvaty-skandalnyy-biudzhet-2026-herashchenko\/\">to veto<\/a> the 2026 State Budget, approved by a single majority. The faction is convinced that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yevrosolidarnist-vymahaie-holosuvaty-za-proiekt-biudzhetu-2026-postateyno-shchob-vychystyty-koruptsiyni-statti-herashchenko\/\">it is necessary to clean it of corruption expenses<\/a> and direct funds to defense and the social sphere.<\/p>\n<p> In turn, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhiy Marchenko, stated that the allocation of funds to the \u201cUnited News\u201d telethon and the \u201c1000 Hours of Ukrainian Content\u201d initiative <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/chomu-uriad-vydilyv-4-miliardy-hryven-na-telemarafon-a-ne-profilni-instytutsii-vidpovid-ministra-finansiv\/\">is supposedly justified<\/a> .
