Space weather forecasters emphasize that such forecasts can be adjusted every three hours.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What are magnetic storms and how do they occur?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Magnetic storms are sudden disturbances in the Earth&#8217;s magnetic field caused by streams of charged particles coming from the Sun. They are most often caused by:<\/p>\n<p> solar flares that eject huge clouds of plasma into space &#8211; coronal ejections;<\/p>\n<p> accelerated solar wind, which rolls onto the Earth&#8217;s magnetosphere and &#8220;shakes&#8221; it;<\/p>\n<p> magnetic interactions between solar plasma and the planet&#8217;s magnetic field.<\/p>\n<p> When these flows reach Earth, they deform its magnetosphere and create disturbances that we call magnetic storms.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Doctors&#8217; advice: how to prepare for the magnetic storm on December 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Doctors emphasize that most people experience such days without any changes in their well-being, but for sensitive groups it is important to follow simple recommendations.<\/p>\n<p> 1. Monitor sleep and rest patterns<br \/> Go to bed earlier, avoid overwork and spending too much time in front of screens.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Drink enough water<br \/> Light hydration reduces headaches and feelings of weakness.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Limit coffee, energy drinks, and alcohol<br \/> Stimulants increase the load on the cardiovascular system.<\/p>\n<p> 4. Take medication as prescribed<br \/> Hypertensive patients and people with chronic heart disease should not skip their medications.<\/p>\n<p> 5.
