On Sunday, December 7, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure on an accomplice of People’s Deputy Hanna Skorokhod, who is suspected of receiving large bribes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by the press service of the SAPO.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is noted that the judge granted the request of NABU detectives, approved by the SAPO prosecutor, to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, an alternative is to pay a deposit of UAH 4 million 542 thousand.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the money is paid, a number of procedural obligations will be imposed on the person suspected of participating in a criminal organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, he will be required to appear before detectives, prosecutors, the investigating judge, and the court upon their every request and summons; not to travel outside Ternopil without permission; to report a change of residence and work; to submit documents giving the right to leave Ukraine; and to wear an electronic means of control.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the SBU, NABU, and SAPO exposed a criminal group in Kyiv, led by a member of parliament from the “For the Future” party.<\/a><\/p>\n
