An unidentified drone violated Dutch airspace, prompting two F-35 military fighter jets to take to the skies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by NOS.<\/span><\/p>\n

As noted, controllers were unable to establish contact with the drone as it entered the country’s territory.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fighters were deployed as part of a rapid response system, which is activated when an unknown object appears in the airspace.<\/span><\/p>\n

It later became clear that the drone did not pose a threat, it left Dutch airspace, and the fighters returned to base.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite this, the origin of the drone remains unknown.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Dutch Ministry of Defense, air traffic was not affected by the incident.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recall that during Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to Ireland, four unidentified military-type drones followed the route of the presidential plane<\/a> .<\/p>\n

As previously reported, on November 5, Vilnius Airport suspended operations due to the appearance of an unknown drone.<\/a><\/p>\n

By the way, two unknown drones were spotted near one of the military bases in Estonia, one of which was neutralized.<\/a><\/p>\n
