The former common-law wife of former Presidential Administration Chairman Sergei Levochkin, artist Zinaida Kubar (formerly Likhacheva), stated that he is influencing the service of her current favorite serviceman, as well as stalking and threatening her.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kubar wrote about this on her social media, without naming her lover for safety reasons.<\/p>\n

In a comment to TabloID,<\/b> Zinaida also clarified that she and Levochkin were never officially married, and their relationship ended more than five years ago. However, until December 2022, the artist lived in a house maintained by the deputy, but then moved out.<\/p>\n

“It pains me greatly to write this, but I have grounds to state publicly: decisions regarding the duty station of a serviceman with whom I am in a relationship are made under the influence of Levochkin, the former head of the Presidential Administration during the Yanukovych era. Formally, by order of the head of the State Tax Service, Serhiy Deineka. And I am certain of this. <\/p>\n

“…It’s no secret that I spent many years with Sergei Levochkin, and we have children together. My relationship with Sergei was one big mistake, but life is made of mistakes like that. Sergei and I haven’t been together for a long time, and the path I’m on today is shaped by my work with military personnel, veterans, and volunteers. My project, Art Rehub, was founded in 2015.<\/p>\n

Sergey didn’t understand or accept that I wasn’t his property. For a long time, I received messages from Levochkin containing threats, humiliation, and direct hints that my partner could be “punished by the service,” which is exactly what happened. He threatened both me and my partner, and even decided to order surveillance. Maybe I piqued his male ego. I don’t know. I blocked these messages because I didn’t want to make it public. But there’s a point at which silence becomes dangerous,” Kubar assured.<\/p>\n

Also, according to the artist, MP Sergei Levochkin threatened that her lover would have big problems at work and described exactly what kind.<\/p>\n

“I didn’t believe it\u2014I thought these were different times and it was just empty talk. But it turned out otherwise. My beloved soldier was suddenly transferred to another unit without his presence or request. The decisions were made in the shadows, without explanation. The decision came ‘from the very top.’ The commanders were spot on! He was transferred, and his commanders were happy with him. Decisions like that don’t just come from above,” Zinaida said.<\/p>\n

“My beloved man is honored to defend Ukraine. He’s not afraid of challenges. And this message isn’t about his place of service, but about the very fact that a marginal pro-Russian politician can still influence decisions in the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Who influences personnel decisions in the State Defense Service of Ukraine? Is influence by politicians associated with former pro-Russian regimes allowed? Who uses private power?<\/p>\n

“I know this message will provoke a wave of criticism. But my personal life is not the topic of this message. The topic is protecting the rights of military personnel. After all, people who stand up for Ukraine have an unconditional right to be free from dirty and corrupt influence, from the system of bribes that generals are willing to hand out to control the fate of living people!” stated Levochkin’s former common-law wife.<\/p>\n

When asked by TabloID<\/b> when exactly the threats began, Zinaida replied:<\/p>\n

“There were threats before, and surveillance. I have evidence from 2020-2021, when I was starting my independent life. The most active ones were the last three months after he found out about my relationship and tried to discredit my choice for the children and my loved ones (primarily my parents).”<\/p>\n

Kubar also noted that she has a friendly relationship with her children, but Levochkin uses their phones to send messages aimed at destructive influence. Consequently, she has been unable to communicate with them for several months.<\/p>\n

Moreover, according to the artist, Levochkin warned her about the transfer of her beloved through proxies. “And not only about the transfer… but also about a bad ending,” Zinaida added.<\/p>\n
