Oleh Kiper reported that <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"801\">air defenses destroyed most of the hostile targets<\/strong> , but one energy facility was damaged.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1015\"> The blast wave damaged two private homes and shattered the windows and doors of an administrative building.
