In the village of Nova Chortoriya in the Zhytomyr region, on the evening of December 6, on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a clash occurred between female students of a local college and a serviceman of the 4th department of the Zhytomyr district CCC and SP. The conflict arose at about 11:00 p.m. near the “Europe” cafe. Police arrived at the scene.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is important that the incident is not related to mobilization or CCC activities and occurred during off-duty hours.<\/p>\n

The publication spoke with four female students who witnessed and participated in the conflict. The girls claim that the serviceman allegedly showed aggression, grabbed one of them by the hair, punched them, and sprayed tear gas.<\/p>\n

According to eyewitness Anastasia, after the cafe closed, the man suddenly grabbed a girl named Daria. When her friends tried to intervene, the aggression, they said, intensified.<\/p>\n

“He took out a spray can and sprayed it on everyone. Then he beat the girls who tried to escape or help,” the student said. She noted that she was also hit and knocked to the ground by the serviceman’s girlfriend.<\/p>\n

At the scene of the incident, police witnessed another scuffle between the participants in the conflict. According to the victims, six girls wrote statements, but three of them later withdrew them.<\/p>\n

Anastasia reported that she was in the hospital and underwent a forensic examination. Doctors diagnosed her with a closed head injury and hematomas.<\/p>\n

Daria, who was the first to be hit, claims that the man kicked her several times in the body and head, after which she fell and sustained injuries. According to her, the soldier allegedly offered her money and a new phone in exchange for withdrawing her statement.<\/p>\n

The publication also spoke with the serviceman himself, Oleksandr K. He categorically denies the accusations and emphasizes that the victims were he, his girlfriend, and his friends.<\/p>\n

“They used tear gas against us. There is video, there are witnesses. I didn’t even have a canister,” the man says.<\/p>\n

He claims that the tear gas was allegedly sprayed by two girls he did not know before. He also claims that he has medical evidence of the injuries he received. He calls the accusation of beating the women false.<\/p>\n

When asked whether he visited one of the students at the hospital and offered her money, he did not answer.<\/p>\n

There is currently no official position of the Zhytomyr District CCC and the Joint Venture regarding the incident.<\/p>\n

The police are conducting an investigation and establishing all the circumstances of the conflict.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, another case of aggression against employees of territorial procurement centers occurred in Lviv region. During the alert events , a man of mobilization age attacked a group of TCC employees and injured one of them with an object resembling a kitchen tool of the \u201caxe-hammer\u201d type.<\/a><\/p>\n

As reported,a serviceman of the regional territorial center for recruiting and social support was detained in Zaporizhia on suspicion of premeditated murder.<\/a><\/p>\n
