Ukraine has returned a group of children from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region who lived under constant Russian threats and drone attacks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced<\/a> by the head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to him, children aged 4 to 16 were taken to the territory controlled by Ukraine. An adult with the status of a child deprived of parental care was also evacuated with them.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Prokudin said that among those rescued was a 12-year-old boy and his family. They lived in constant fear – the occupiers conducted searches, interrogations and threats. But the most terrible, he said, were the attacks by Russian drones, during one of which a local boy died.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The children went through psychological pressure and attempts at “re-education” by the occupiers. They are now safe and receiving the necessary medical, social, and psychological support.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that Russian propaganda continues to oppress the Ukrainian language in the occupied territories<\/a> and abroad – Ukrainian youth and teachers are under attack, who are subjected to filtration actions and are forced to switch to the Russian language.<\/p>\n
