On the night of December 13, the Russian occupation army launched a massive air attack on Ukraine using attack drones and, after midnight, missiles. Critical energy and industrial infrastructure in several regions came under attack.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Odessa region<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Odesa Regional Police Commander Oleh Kiper reported that the region experienced one of the largest air attacks in recent memory. Damage to civilian facilities, energy, and industrial infrastructure was recorded overnight.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Fires broke out, damaging administrative buildings and power facilities. Power outages were reported in some areas. Initial reports indicated two casualties, but as of 9:26 a.m., the State Emergency Service clarified that four people had been injured. There were no fatalities.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Rescuers extinguished a large fire on a civilian vessel, as well as fires at power facilities and textile storage facilities. Residential buildings, an administrative building, civilian vehicles, and firefighting equipment were damaged.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Nikolaev region<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As of 9:40 AM, Vitaly Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Special Operations Department, reported casualties in Mykolaiv as a result of a massive attack. Residential areas in the Bashtansky and Mykolaiv districts, critical infrastructure facilities, and electric transport in Mykolaiv were left without power overnight. All critical facilities are being switched to generator power.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Mykolaiv Mayor Alexander Senkevich reported that the enemy had attacked the region’s critical and industrial infrastructure. At the time, there were no reports of casualties, and restoration work was ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Dnieper and the region<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Acting Chief of the Dnipropetrovsk Police Department, Vladislav Gaivanenko, stated that Russian UAVs attacked Dnipro after midnight. A fire broke out in an unoccupied building. Several vehicles were destroyed or damaged. There were no injuries.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Chernihiv region<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to the State Emergency Service of the Chernihiv Oblast, the enemy used attack drones in the region. In the Pryluky district, the strikes caused fires at an infrastructure facility. Rescuers quickly extinguished the blaze. According to preliminary reports, there are no casualties or injuries.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The consequences of the night attack are being clarified, emergency and rescue services continue to work on the ground.<\/p>\n
