As a result of the Russian attack on the night of December 13, electricity, water, and heat supplies were cut off in Odessa. Points of invincibility were established throughout the city, and drinking water was provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The head of the Odessa city military administration, Serhiy Lysak, announced<\/a> this at a briefing.<\/p>\n

According to him, utility services have already eliminated all identified damage from the strikes, and energy infrastructure facilities are currently being inspected. Once the work is completed, it will be clear when power, heat, and water will be restored to Odessa residents’ homes.<\/p>\n

There are 428 emergency points operating 24\/7 in the city. Sixteen water distribution points are also open, with another 32 planned for this evening.<\/p>\n

As Lysak noted, DTEK Odesa Electric Grids already has a technical solution to restore power to approximately 40,000 consumers. Currently, power engineers are primarily working to restore power to critical infrastructure facilities. <\/p>\n

As a reminder, on the night of December 13, the Russian occupation army<\/a> launched a massive air attack on Ukraine using attack drones and, after midnight, missiles. Critical energy and industrial infrastructure in several regions came under attack. <\/p>\n
