Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the operational situation at the front remains difficult due to active Russian offensive actions almost along the entire line of combat contact. At the same time, the Ukrainian army is holding back enemy pressure, applying active defense tactics, and thwarting the Kremlin’s plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Syrsky, on some days the number of clashes reaches 300, which is the highest figure since the start of the full-scale war. Despite this, the Armed Forces of Ukraine maintain defense and effectively use active actions.<\/p>\n

He reported that the number of Russian forces has been around 710,000 for a long time. According to him, the enemy has not been able to increase this figure, as the Ukrainian military inflicts significant losses on the enemy every day.<\/p>\n

“Our soldiers ‘minus’ a thousand occupiers killed and wounded every day,” said Oleksandr Syrsky.<\/p>\n

The Commander-in-Chief noted that at the cost of heavy losses in November, the enemy was able to take control of certain Ukrainian territories, but Russian propaganda statements about the pace of advance do not correspond to reality. In a number of important areas, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting their own active actions and clearing settlements from the enemy.<\/p>\n

In particular, active hostilities continue in the area of the Pokrovsko-Myrnograd agglomeration. Over the past few weeks, Ukrainian units have regained control of about 16 sq. km in the northern part of Pokrovsko. Logistics to Myrnograd remains difficult, but continues to function.<\/p>\n

At the same time, no territorial losses were recorded in the Kupyansky, Kostyantynivsky, and Prydniprovsky operational areas.<\/p>\n

Syrsky also reported on the results of the use of DeepStrike weapons, which over the past month have completed 81 fire missions and hit 98 targets on the territory of Russia, including oil refining facilities.<\/p>\n

According to him, in November, the artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit over 4,100 enemy targets, and the missile forces hit over a hundred. Despite the shortage of missiles, the effectiveness of air defense remains.<\/p>\n

In addition, 94 thousand air attack vehicles were suppressed by electronic warfare means during the month, including 2.2 thousand “Shaheeds” and 7 thousand “Molny”.<\/p>\n

The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have completely switched to a corps management system, the rotation of corps brigades and the formation of the Cyber Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are underway, which is planned to be completed by the end of the year.<\/p>\n

By the way, Ukrainian units continue to liberate Kupyansk<\/a> in the Kharkiv region, where active fighting has already moved to the central part of the city. We will remind you that the activity of Russian troops in Kupyansk has decreased<\/a> , however, the intensity of actions in the Kharkiv region remains high – the enemy is trying to advance in the South-Slobozhansk direction.<\/p>\n

We will remind you that the military of the Defense Forces of Ukraine raised the blue-yellow flag in the center of Pokrovsk,<\/a> Donetsk region, a city for which fierce fighting is currently taking place.
