The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to a fine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volynnews.com\/news\/all\/u-lutsku-pensioner-zdavav-svoiu-kvartyru-dlia-intymu-yoho-sudyly\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Volyn News&#8221;<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> As the court found, the illegal activity lasted from April to August 2025. The man converted his own apartment into a brothel and independently sought visitors for intimate encounters.<\/p>\n<p> According to the case materials, the defendant provided delivery of clients to a residence where men and women could receive intimate services. The activity was systematic.<\/p>\n<p> During the searches, law enforcement officers seized physical evidence, including condoms, women&#8217;s underwear, and intimate accessories.<\/p>\n<p> The case was considered under Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine &#8211; creation and maintenance of brothels.
