The instrument will be administered by the state development bank KfW.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">The new mechanism will allow companies from various sectors of the economy to receive preferential loans for the implementation of projects in Ukraine. The main goal is to reduce investment risks in unstable markets and attract private capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Berlin emphasizes that without the active participation of private business, the recovery of the Ukrainian economy will be impossible. That is why the new program was created as a supplement to the already existing assistance &#8211; state investments, export credit guarantees, and support for the energy sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">The program was called<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">UkraineConnect<\/span> <span class=\"s1\">and should become an additional channel of economic cooperation between Germany and Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> As previously reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/repatriatsiynyy-kredyt-ta-spilne-zapozychennia-iak-yevropa-finansuvatyme-ukrainu\/\">EU spokesman for economic affairs Balazs Ujvari said that the European Union is proposing two solutions for financing Ukraine in the coming years.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukraina-otrymaie-naybilshu-viyskovu-dopomohu-vid-nimechchyny-za-ves-chas-viyny\/\">Germany is significantly increasing its support for Ukraine: the Bundestag has approved the budget for 2026, which includes 11.5 billion euros for our country<\/a> .
