In Ukraine, relatively warm and dry weather will remain on December 17 thanks to an anticyclone located over the southern part of Europe near the Balkans.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to her, cloudy weather without significant precipitation is expected in most regions. Sunny weather is forecast in the western regions today and tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The daytime air temperature will be from +2 to +5 degrees, in the western and southern regions it will warm up to +4, +10 degrees. In the southern part of the Zaporizhia region, the temperature will remain at +2, +4 degrees.<\/span><\/p>\n

The wind is mainly southerly, moderate, gusty in places. Forecasters predict fog in the morning and evening hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

No precipitation is expected in Kyiv on December 17. At night, the air temperature will be about +2 degrees, during the day the air will warm up to +5 degrees. The south wind can sometimes be gusty and uncomfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Natalka Didenko noted that such relatively warm weather will continue, and the transition to prevailing sub-zero temperatures both during the day and at night is possible no earlier than December 26. At the same time, she noted that even this cooling will not be sharp.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was previously reported that power outages in Ukraine may be significantly increased due to severe frosts, and some cities risk having only a few hours of power a day.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Let us remind you that in the next few days an anticyclone will arrive in Ukraine, which will block access for any precipitation, so neither rain nor snow is forecast.<\/a><\/p>\n
