The Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding back the Russian occupiers’ offensive. The total number of combat engagements so far is 167.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated in the evening briefing<\/a> of the General Staff.<\/p>\n

Today, the communities of Mykolaivka, Chernihiv region; Pryvillya, Rogizne, Sumy region were affected by enemy artillery and mortar fire.<\/p>\n

Ten combat engagements have taken place in the North-Slobozhansk<\/strong> and Kursk<\/strong> directions since the beginning of the day. The enemy launched 71 attacks, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In the South-Slobozhansk<\/strong> direction, the Defense Forces repelled seven enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Synelnykovo and in the direction of Izbitsky, Obukhivka, and Kolodyazny.<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk<\/strong> direction, the enemy tried 22 times to displace our units from the occupied positions towards Kupyansk, Petropavlivka, Kucherivka, Pishchane, Novoplatonivka, and Golubivka; ten clashes are still ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Lyman<\/strong> direction, the invading army carried out 22 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the Torske area and in the direction of the settlements of Stepove, Korovyn Yar, Zarichne, Drobysheve, and Novoselivka, 13 clashes are currently ongoing.<\/p>\n

On the Slavyansk<\/strong> direction, the Russians tried four times to advance on the positions of our troops in the areas of Siversk, Serebryanka, and towards Pazeno, and two clashes are ongoing.<\/p>\n

On the Kramatorsk<\/strong> direction, the enemy once tried to advance towards Bondarne.<\/p>\n

In the Kostyantynivka<\/strong> direction, the enemy tried nine times to penetrate our defenses near Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillya, Rusyn Yar, and towards Sofiivka. Five clashes are ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsky<\/strong> direction, since the beginning of the day, the Russian occupiers have made 52 attempts to push our soldiers from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Kotlyne, Udachne and towards Rivne, Myrnograd, Rodynske, Hryshynye, Zvirovoye, Sergiyevka, Novopavlivka, and Filia. The defense forces are holding back the onslaught and have already repelled 41 attacks.<\/p>\n

In the Oleksandrivka<\/strong> direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 19 assault actions by enemy troops. The enemy is trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Zeleny Hai, Sichneve, Krasnohirske, Zlagoda and towards Ivanivka, Iskra, Oleksandrovgrad, Verbovye, Pryvilne, one clash is ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipil<\/strong> direction, 25 clashes occurred near the settlement of Solodke and towards Varvarivka, Hulyaipil. Three clashes are currently ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv<\/strong> direction, the enemy tried in vain seven times to break through our defenses in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbaki, Stepove and towards Malaya Tokmachka, Novoandreyevka and Prymorske. He launched an air strike on the area of the settlement of Novoyakovlivka.<\/p>\n
