On the night of December 17, 2025, Ukrainian troops attacked the Slavyansky oil refinery in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban in the Krasnodar Territory of Russia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

According to the command, during the operation with Deep Strike means, explosions and a fire occurred on the territory of the refinery. The extent of the destruction of the enterprise is currently being clarified. In 2025, the Slavyansky plant processed about 5.2 million tons of raw materials per year and met the needs of the Russian military.<\/p>\n

In addition, the General Staff confirmed the strikes on the Nikolaevskaya oil depot in the Rostov region. The tank and the river vessel Captain Gibert were damaged there.<\/p>\n

In the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, Ukrainian troops reduced the enemy’s offensive potential by hitting a field artillery battery of the 101st separate logistics brigade. The extent of the damage is being clarified.<\/p>\n

In addition, on December 14, Ukrainian UAVs successfully struck the R. Graifer drilling rig in the Caspian Sea. The stationary platform with the operational and technical module was damaged, which caused the shutdown of all 14 wells, the total production of which was almost 3.5 thousand tons per day.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on the night of December 17, drones attacked several regions of Russia, including the Krasnodar Territory, where an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban was hit.<\/a> Air defenses were operating in the city, and local residents reported a series of explosions.<\/p>\n

As reported, about 38,800 people were left without electricity in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation after a drone attack.<\/a><\/p>\n
