Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded 134 combat clashes in various directions, 42 air strikes and 3,869 shelling of enemy positions and settlements, including 118 shelling from multiple launch rocket systems, and the aggressor used more than 4,850 kamikaze drones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on December 18.<\/p>\n

According to updated information, yesterday the invaders carried out 42 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, dropping 136 guided bombs. In addition, they used 4,855 kamikaze drones to strike and carried out 3,869 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including 118 from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

The aggressor carried out air strikes with guided bombs on settlements, in particular Pokrovske, Pidhavrilivka, Bratske in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Svyatopetrivka, Kushugum, Zaporizhzhia in the Zaporizhzhia region.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces have struck the personnel concentration area, a command post, and two other important enemy targets.<\/p>\n

Three clashes took place in the North Slobozhansk<\/strong> and Kursk<\/strong> directions over the past day. In addition, the enemy carried out 139 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including nine from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansk<\/strong> direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units six times near the settlements of Lyman, Odradne, Dovhenke and towards the settlement of Izbitske.<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk<\/strong> direction, three attacks by the invaders took place in a day. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the Zagryzove area and towards the settlements of Pishchane and Hlushkivka.<\/p>\n

In the Lymansky<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked 15 times, trying to advance near the settlements of Novovodyan, Kolodyazi, Drobyshevo, Novoselivka and towards the settlement of Cherneschyna.<\/p>\n

In the Slavyansk<\/strong> direction in the areas of Serebryanka, Siversk, Zvanivka, and Pereyzne, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops five times.<\/p>\n

No clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk<\/strong> direction.<\/p>\n

In the Kostyantynivka<\/strong> direction, the enemy carried out 17 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Kleban-Byk, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Kostyantynivka and Sofiivka.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsk<\/strong> direction, our defenders stopped 38 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne and towards Novopavlivka.<\/p>\n

In the Oleksandrivka<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked our positions nine times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrovgrad, Sosnivka, Solodke, Pryvilne, Krasnohirske, and in the direction of Dobropillya.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipol<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders ten times in the Hulyaipol area and towards Varvarivka.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv<\/strong> direction, the occupiers attacked three times in the Plavni area.<\/p>\n

The enemy did not conduct any offensive operations in the Dnieper<\/strong> direction in the past day.<\/p>\n

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn<\/strong> and Polissya<\/strong> directions.<\/p>\n
