77% of Ukrainians know about the investigation into the “Mindich tapes”. Of these, 59% believe that the President of Ukraine bears personal responsibility for the corrupt actions of the co-owner of the “Kvartal 95” studio, Timur Mindich. These are the results of the survey published by KIIS<\/a> .<\/strong><\/p>\n

22% of respondents have not heard anything about the investigation.<\/p>\n

71% of those who know about the investigation say that they believe it is justified and that the aforementioned corrupt actions most likely did indeed take place.<\/p>\n

They believe that the investigation is questionable and its main goal is to put pressure on the top leadership of the state \u2013 15%. Another 15% could not decide on their opinion.<\/p>\n

When asked how the overall level of corruption in Ukraine had changed after the full-scale invasion, 67% of respondents said it had increased.<\/p>\n

They believe that the level of corruption has not changed, and another 7% believe that it has decreased.<\/p>\n

The survey was conducted from November 26 to December 13, 2025 using computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers (with random generation of phone numbers and subsequent statistical weighting) in all regions of Ukraine (the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine). The statistical error did not exceed 4.1%.<\/em><\/p>\n
