At the same time, the responsible official, knowing for sure that the declared scope of work did not correspond to the actual state of affairs, signed the acceptance certificates for the work performed.<\/p>\n<p> According to the investigation, the documentation significantly overestimated both the cost of materials and the volume of construction work, and some of them were not completed at all. In particular, in one of the shelters, the walls were not plastered and painted, the toilet and plumbing equipment were not installed, and a number of other works stipulated in the contract were not completed.<\/p>\n<p> Despite this, the funds for the allegedly completed work were transferred to the accounts of the contracting company.
