The police have initiated criminal proceedings into the beating of a law enforcement officer by military personnel of the RTCC and SP in the Odessa region.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the press service of the Odessa region police.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The incident occurred a few days ago when a police officer was delivering a man who had violated military registration rules to one of the RTCC and SP departments.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, three servicemen began to behave aggressively with the police officer, used obscene language and provoked a conflict. One of them was intoxicated. When the law enforcement officer made a remark, a fight broke out between the parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional infliction of bodily harm to a law enforcement officer in connection with the performance of his official duties. The sanction of the article provides for up to five years of imprisonment.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All those involved were informed of the suspicion. They were detained in accordance with the procedural procedure and placed in a temporary detention center. The police are preparing a petition to the court to choose preventive measures.<\/span><\/p>\n

As previously reported, in Odessa, the Odessa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK and SP) launched an internal investigation into an incident that occurred on December 4, 2025.<\/a><\/p>\n
