The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the American corporation<\/span> DFC<\/span> have completed preparations for the launch of the Ukrainian-American Investment Fund. The fund plans to finance the first projects for the reconstruction of the country in<\/span> 2026<\/span> .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a><\/span> Delo.ua<\/span> with reference to the press service<\/a> of the Ministry of Economy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The parties have now approved the fund’s investment strategy and adopted key investment protocols. The fund will focus on supporting projects in the areas of<\/span> critical minerals, energy, transport and logistics, information and communication technologies, and innovative technologies<\/span> .<\/span><\/p>\n

The department notes that these areas should strengthen the resilience of supply chains, as well as strengthen the economic security and well-being<\/span> of Ukraine and the United States<\/span> .<\/span><\/p>\n

The fund plans to launch a public website in<\/span> January 2026<\/span> , through which investors and project initiators will be able to apply for funding. The fund will make the first investment decisions, covering<\/span> three pilot projects<\/span> , by the end of 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

As previously reported, on May 23, Ukraine and the United States completed all procedures for launching the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund.<\/a><\/p>\n

Recall that Germany is launching a new financial instrument that should encourage German companies to invest in Ukraine.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
