If the employer does not pay the employee the required amount for December 2025, the reservation may be canceled.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/buhgalter911.com\/uk\/consultations\/post-1092943.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported by<\/a> the publication &#8220;Accountant 911&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">The changes are related to the increase in the minimum wage. In the State Budget for 2026, the minimum wage was increased from 8,000 to 8,647 hryvnias, and the new rate will come into effect on January 1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">One of the key conditions for booking is that the employee earns at least 2.5 times the minimum wage. Accordingly, the income requirements are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">in December 2025 &#8211; at least 20,000 hryvnias;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">from January 2026 &#8211; from 21,617.50 hryvnia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">Experts point out that it is the date of salary accrual that is crucial, not its actual payment. If December&#8217;s salary is accrued in January, this will not count towards confirming the booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"> <span class=\"s1\">It is also noted that this is a &#8220;gross&#8221; salary.
