US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Ukraine and Russia must make mutual compromises to end the war. According to him, the United States is currently assessing whether both sides are ready for such steps.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We know what they wanted to achieve initially when the war started. They did not achieve those goals,” Marco Rubio added.<\/p>\n
