The Kyiv City Court of Appeal partially changed the preventive measure for the former head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> “Suspilne”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite the fact that prosecutors requested that the preventive measure be left unchanged, by court decision, Kudrytsky was set bail in the amount of 7 million hryvnias \u2014 half the amount set by the Pechersk District Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead, the suspect’s defense requested a personal bond with Kudrytskyi assuming the relevant duties as a preventive measure. The court rejected the lawyers’ request.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, the former director of Ukrenergo will continue to be in custody.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, former executive director of NPC Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi has become a subject of an investigation conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation<\/a> . Investigators are investigating his involvement in abuse of office and misappropriation of state company funds.<\/p>\n
