Russia plans to seek significant changes to the \u201cpeace plan\u201d developed by Ukraine and the United States, which currently consists of 20 points.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Russian Federation considers the current plan a starting point for future negotiations on a peace agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an interlocutor close to the Kremlin said, Russia views the document as \u201ca fairly typical Ukrainian plan\u201d and plans to study it with a \u201ccool head.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, there are significant differences between the parties on territorial issues: the Russian Federation demands control over the unoccupied territory of the Donetsk region, which is unacceptable for Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among other things, the Kremlin wants \u201cclarity\u201d on the issue of lifting sanctions and access to hundreds of billions of dollars of frozen Russian state assets in the West.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented details of a 20-point draft<\/a> basic document on the end of the war between Ukraine, the United States, Russia, and the European Union.<\/p>\n

Recall, US Vice President J.D. Vance stated that for Ukraine, the loss of Donetsk is a logically serious problem from a national security perspective.<\/a><\/p>\n
