He added that &#8220;Songs for Ukraine&#8221; remains an important voice for the Ukrainian community in the UK, a significant portion of which was forced to flee their homes due to the war.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"988\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> The &#8220;Songs for Ukraine&#8221; choir was founded in the spring of 2023 at the initiative of the Royal Opera House in response to Russia&#8217;s full-scale invasion.
