Despite the traditional increase in cost in the capital, this year the average price of coniferous trees has practically not changed compared to last year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Foresters explain this as social policy and promise a sufficient number of trees for everyone. For the townspeople, this means that purchasing a Christmas tree will not become an additional financial burden.<\/p>\n<p> Coniferous trees for Kyiv are usually brought from the northern and forested regions of Ukraine. Due to transportation and logistics, prices in the capital are always slightly higher:<\/p>\n<p> Pine 1.5 m \u2014 from 300 to 500 UAH;<\/p>\n<p> Spruce 1.5\u20132 m \u2014 500\u2013900 UAH;<\/p>\n<p> Large trees over 2.5 m \u2014 from 1,000 UAH.<\/p>\n<p> For comparison, in Volyn region, a pine tree of the same height costs about 180 UAH, and in Sumy or Chernihiv regions &#8211; from 170 UAH.
