The situation in the city of Hulyaipole remains difficult, with part of the settlement under the control of Russian troops. At the same time, a significant part of the city continues to be held by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine.<\/p>\n

According to the information provided, Russian troops are actively conducting assault operations in Hulyaipol and are trying to establish groups for consolidation. The enemy has an advantage in manpower and weapons.<\/p>\n

Russian units are using kamikaze drones, artillery, and air strikes with guided bombs and unguided missiles. The main goal is to destroy Ukrainian Defense Forces positions and drive Ukrainian units out of the city.<\/p>\n

During the past 24 hours, the enemy has stormed Ukrainian positions almost 20 times. Fighting in the city continues, with clashes continuing continuously in some areas.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold a significant part of Hulyaipol. Ukrainian units are in positions, conducting defensive actions, launching counterattacks, and conducting search and strike operations to destroy enemy assault groups.<\/p>\n

According to available data, Russia lost more than 300 servicemen and about 60 pieces of equipment and weapons in Hulyaipol just this day.<\/p>\n

The situation in Stepnohirsk also remains difficult. Ukrainian units are conducting defensive operations there, while Russian troops are trying to infiltrate along the main road leading to the village. Part of Stepnohirsk is under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.<\/p>\n

The Defense Forces note that Vladimir Putin’s statements and Valery Gerasimov’s reports regarding full control over Hulyaipol and Stepnohirsk do not correspond to the real situation. <\/p>\n
