The Security Service of Ukraine is conducting searches at the management and employees of the Transcarpathian Regional CCC and the Joint Venture. Investigative actions are taking place within the framework of criminal proceedings on the illegal deprivation of liberty of citizens of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to journalists, the searches began on the morning of December 29. They are being carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine together with the National Police.<\/p>\n

Investigative actions are being carried out at the places of residence and work of the management and employees of the Transcarpathian Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.<\/p>\n

The publication’s sources in the Security Service of Ukraine confirmed the fact of the searches and noted that they were authorized by the court.<\/p>\n

“The measures are being taken in strict compliance with the law within the framework of criminal proceedings on the illegal deprivation of liberty of citizens of Ukraine under Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine reported.<\/p>\n

According to journalist<\/a> Vitaliy Glagola, searches are being conducted, in particular, at the head of the Transcarpathian Regional CCC and the Joint Venture Andriy Savchuk, who was previously declared<\/a> partially incompetent. The basis for this decision was the corruption component and numerous complaints about the work of the Transcarpathian Regional CCC.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officers are currently collecting evidence as part of an open criminal investigation. Details of the investigative actions and information about possible procedural decisions will be announced later.<\/p>\n
