He emphasized that some political circles in Ukraine may be interested in diluting responsibility by offering people a choice between bad and even worse future options.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, an analysis of the proposed 20-point &#8220;peace plan&#8221; revealed the absence of key terms that guarantee the inviolability of Ukraine&#8217;s borders. The President of Ukraine emphasized that the issue of territories is the most difficult in the peace plan, which states that in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions the contact line is fixed at the location of the troops on the date of the agreement &#8211; that is, &#8220;we stand where we stand.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, political scientist Volodymyr Tsybulko expressed <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/referendum-shchodo-myrnoho-planu-u-chomu-prykhovana-nebezpeka\/\">serious reservations about such plans<\/a> on the air of &#8220;Pryamoy&#8221;. He is convinced that the main problem is the lack of publicity of the twenty points of the peace plan, which are to be put to a referendum.
