However, some users have reported explosions that preceded the outages, but this information has not yet been confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to propagandists&#8217; estimates, more than 100,000 people were left without electricity as a result of the power outages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The local administration reported that specialists are allegedly already carrying out restoration work.
