This year was made possible thanks to our defenders &#8211; those who defended it not only for Ukraine, but also for all who value freedom and dignity.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We move forward together with what holds us together: experience and memory, native language, hope and faith. We take with us the ability to collaborate and humanity &#8211; that which, despite everything,&#8221; the president emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We believe in peace, we fight for it and we work for it. In his speech, he expressed hope that 2025 would be &#8220;our year, the year of Ukraine,&#8221; and stressed that peace would not be given as a gift, but Ukraine would do everything possible to stop Russia and end the war.<\/p>\n<p> The previous New Year&#8217;s greeting lasted 20 minutes and 43 seconds. Then the head of state also spoke about the attack on the Okhmatdyt children&#8217;s hospital, recalled his conversations with Biden and Trump, as well as the victories of Ukrainian athletes.<\/p>\n<p> Let us remind you that this is the seventh time that the head of state has congratulated the Ukrainian people on the holiday. In 2020, Volodymyr Zelenskyy&#8217;s address lasted 13 minutes and 20 seconds. The head of state congratulated the arrival of 2021 for 14 minutes and 50 seconds. The address before the new year 2022 took a little more than 21 minutes.<\/p>\n<p> Before the arrival of 2023, the President of Ukraine recorded a New Year&#8217;s greeting in conditions of full-scale war. Then the video took 17 minutes.
