In Lviv, the reconstruction of the Roman Shukhevych Museum, destroyed as a result of the Russian attack, has not yet begun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by People’s Deputy Oleg Synyutka, reports the Fourth Studio<\/a> .<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to him, two years have passed since the destruction of the museum, but the actual restoration work has not started. Synyutka emphasized that during this time, competitions, project preparation, and approvals have been ongoing, but no practical steps have been taken.<\/p>\n

“Two years of indifference, neglect of national memory, and just plain cynicism. Behind me are the ruins of the Roman Shukhevych Museum, destroyed by the Moscow horde. This is the place where the UPA general-in-chief fought his last battle,” the deputy said.<\/p>\n

Oleh Synyutka also accused the Lviv city government, led by Andriy Sadovy, of deliberately delaying the reconstruction process. According to him, the mayor and his team did not want the restoration of the museum to be initiated by the leader of the “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko.<\/p>\n

“But they themselves did nothing. Because this place is foreign to them. It is not a symbol of Ukrainian revival and Ukrainian victory for them,” added Synyutka.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Currently, there is no official information about the start of reconstruction work on the museum complex.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the fifth president and leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko shared photos of the destroyed Shukhevych Museum in Lviv on social networks.<\/a><\/p>\n
