In Kharkiv, the number of injured has increased to 19 due to a Russian strike on a five-story residential building in the city center.<\/strong><\/div>\n

This was announced<\/a> by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba.<\/p>\n

“A terrible enemy strike on Kharkiv – the occupiers hit a five-story residential building in the city center with ballistics. As of now, 19 people have been injured,” Kuleba wrote.<\/p>\n

According to him, strikes on residential buildings in the center of a city of a million people are a gross war crime against humanity and international humanitarian law, and Russia must bear full responsibility for every destroyed life, every injured person, and every destroyed home.<\/p>\n

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, all emergency services are working at the scene, providing assistance to the victims and clearing rubble under which people may be trapped.<\/p>\n

The rescue operation is ongoing, and actions are being coordinated with city and regional authorities.<\/p>\n
