Any personnel changes during the hot phase of the war should strengthen the country’s defense capabilities and internal unity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any reshuffle of the government will not yield any positive results without reformatting the coalition and creating a salvation government, whose program is to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Replacing one non-subjective government with a similar one, without a program, with the same people, but in different positions, is only to prolong the agony.<\/p>\n

Any changes in the security forces should not weaken them, disrupt special operations that are being developed, or give the enemy a reason to rejoice.<\/p>\n

Any appointments in the OP are Zelensky’s internal affair. What matters is not their names, but their powers. Their principles. Are they ready to play by the rules and build democracy, or is their task to tighten the screws and cement autocracy?<\/p>\n

A personnel policy based on intrigue, rather than logic and the needs of the front, is doomed sooner or later.<\/p>\n\t\t
