He also noted that the Russian command plans to retake the city, which they supposedly already captured, for which a certain Russian officer received an assignment from Kuzovlev, who had previously received the Hero of Russia star.<\/p>\n

Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, reported that as of December 19, the Ukrainian Defense Forces control over 90% of Kupyansk and continue to eliminate the remaining Russian occupiers.<\/p>\n
