Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez announced Caracas’ readiness to work together with the US government and proposed developing a “cooperation program.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rodriguez said the initiative should be aimed at shared development within the framework of international law and at strengthening peaceful coexistence between countries. She stressed that Venezuela seeks a transition to \u201cbalanced and mutually respectful international relations\u201d with the United States and countries in the region.<\/p>\n

“President Donald Trump: our people and our region deserve peace and dialogue, not war. This has always been the message of President Nicolas Maduro, and today it is the message of all of Venezuela,” the vice president said.<\/p>\n
