Vasyl Malyuk announced his resignation from the post of head of the Security Service of Ukraine. At the same time, he said that he would remain in the SBU system to carry out special operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Vasyl Malyuk emphasized that after leaving the post of Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, he will continue to work within the agency. According to him, he will focus on implementing asymmetric special operations aimed at inflicting maximum damage on the enemy.<\/p>\n

“I am leaving the post of Head of the Security Service. I will remain in the SBU system to implement world-class asymmetric special operations, which will continue to cause maximum damage to the enemy,” said Vasyl Malyuk.<\/p>\n

He also expressed his belief that a strong and modern intelligence service is a key element of state security, and noted that relevant changes are being implemented in the defense sector.<\/p>\n

“I am sure that a strong and modern special service is the key to the security of our state. The changes that the President of Ukraine is implementing in the defense sector are aimed at this, and I thank him,” said Vasyl Malyuk.<\/p>\n

He separately thanked the staff of the Security Service of Ukraine, his fellow soldiers, and the people of Ukraine for their support.<\/p>\n

“With great gratitude for the support – to the staff of the Service, to all our comrades-in-arms, and to the people of Ukraine. Eternal respect to those who gave their lives for our future,” said Vasyl Malyuk.<\/p>\n

At the end of his address, Vasyl Malyuk expressed his belief in a just peace and the prosperity of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
