This fits into the logic of preparing for elections, not statesmanlike decisions,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"906\"> People&#8217;s Deputy Sofia Fedyna emphasized that the president personally bears responsibility for the sanctions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"906\"> &#8220;This is a shame for the President of Ukraine, who illegally imposed these sanctions. According to her, they do not strengthen the state&#8217;s defense capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2327\"> &#8220;When an effective head of the SBU is dismissed and personnel decisions are made without defense logic, this has a purely electoral explanation &#8211; a purge of competitors,&#8221; Siumar emphasized.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2624\"> She is convinced that delaying the consideration of sanctions has one goal &#8211; to prevent Petro Poroshenko from participating in the electoral process.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2624\"> &#8220;Even if the Ukrainian court does not lift these sanctions, the European Court of Human Rights will do so.
